The course is divided into 9 Modules, each of which will give you a brief but useful knowledge as a member of the Credit Reboot.com.au Initiative. A module contains a “Lecture Page” and a “Quiz Page”. You will start with the “Lecture Page” which is either a video or a slide presentation. Once you are done with the lecture, click the “Next” tab (at the bottom right part of the page) to be directed to the” Quiz Page”. Once you are done click the “Submit” tab (at the bottom right part of the page) to end the module.

Module 9: Yellow Belt Sparring Session
Module Description:
This a review in chat simulation format with the instructor based on the knowledge learned from the entire course.

Every time you finish a module, an email will be sent to you and the instructor. The passing score for each module is 100%. If you pass, you go to the next module. You have 3 attempts to score a 100% for the first 8 modules. In case you fail beyond the 3 attempts, contact your instructor for further instructions.
The 9th Module is a Sparring Session. A Sparring Session is a chat simulation session with the instructor.
The “Lecture Page” of this module will give a link to review the entire Yellow Belt Course for 15 Minutes. Once you are done with review click the “Next” tab in the bottom-right part of the page to direct you to the “Quiz Page”.
The “Quiz Page” of this module have 4 multiple-choice questions (with 3 choices each question) that represent 4 “Sparring Sessions” with the instructor. The “Sparring Session” will be all about the entire course. You will need to answer as if you are in a chat session with a customer. You will be graded in each “Sparring Session” based on:
- Training Knowledge
- Chat Response Time
- Chat Response Quality – 3.a Grammar; 3.b Spelling; 3.c Accent
At the end of each “Sparring Session”, the Trainer will give you the answer that you need to pick from the choices (in each question) that represent (a.)Pass (b.)Fail and (c.)Needs more work.
Once you are done with all 4 Questions click the “Submit” tab at the bottom-right part of the page. You need to score at least 90% (3 Pass, 1 Needs more work) to pass a module and move to the next course level. You have 3 attempts to score 90% for this module. In case you fail beyond the 3 attempts, contact your instructor for further instructions
