[vc_column_text css_animation=”none”]This is the ‘Never Split The Difference’ Blackswan Negotiation training, it is a “Next Level” training for those who have completed the previous Blackswan training (Assistant Debt Advocate Modules, 1.3.6 Blackswan Negotiations). This training consists of the following 3 parts, and must be completed by all CreditReboot staff.

STEP 1 | Never Split The Difference: Audiobook

This section is comprised of two parts;

1. 1. The Audiobook
   2. A PDF of the full book

Here you MUST listen to the Audiobook OR read the full book. DO NOT CONTINUE until you have read OR listened to the full book of ‘Never Split The Difference’. You DO NOT need to both read the PDF copy of the book and listen to the audiobook copy of the full book, you only need to do one.

STEP 2 | Never Split The Difference: Study Guide

This is a Study Guide and acts as study and revision material. This study guide IS NOT a replacement for the full book and should only be used  WITH the full book.

STEP 3 | Never Split The Difference: Quiz

DO NOT take the quiz until you have;

1. 1. Listened to the audiobook OR read the full copy of the book
   2. Revised the material using the Study Guide

Once you have done the above, you can continue with the quiz. The Quiz PassMark is 90%. You will receive a notification via email to tell you your score, as will your trainer.

If you fail, please reach out to admin for advice on the next best steps and what specific items of Blackswan negotiation training should be reviewed.

[vc_column_text css_animation=”none”]What you will need to do to complete the ‘Never Split The Difference’ assessment, is you will need to take the following steps;

1. Listen to the ‘Never Split The Difference’ Audiobook OR read the PDF copy of the full ‘Never Split the Difference’ book
2. Review the material using the ‘Never Split the Difference’ study guide
3. Take the ‘Never Split the Difference’ quiz

It is recommended that, while studying, you use the Study Guide alongside the Audiobook. If you’re unable to sit down for long periods of time at your computer, you can listen to the Audiobook in chunks and use the Study Guide to review the material. For example, listen to chapters 1-2 of the Audiobook while you do your daily chores. When you next get a chance, sit down and review chapters 1-2 with the aid of the Study Guide. Repeat this until you complete the book and the Study Guide.

It is recommended, that you review the Study Guide BEFORE you take the quiz as it is an excellent revision tool.

As recommended above, if you are unable to run the study guide and audiobook simultaneously, it’s recommended you run the two in chunks; listening to chapters 1-2, then using the study guide for revision, then listening to chapters 3-4 and so on.
