Throughout this module, you’ll have the opportunity to compete with those who came before you for a place in the coveted ‘Hall of Fame’. Top scorers in certain courses will hold the title of champion for the specific quiz or exam that they ace and go down in history as that courses champion until a new trainee comes to steal your throne.
If the idea of being a crown-champion isn’t appealing to you, it’s important to keep in mind that there a lot of ways that the knowledge here can benefit you in the future by way of accolades and cash prizes. But, all those things are for the end of this module!

This course has 2 quizzes;
- Roles & Responsibilities of ADA’s Quiz; consisting of 3 questions with a 15-minute time limit
- Do you know “CreditReboot”?; consisting of 3 questions with a 15-minute time limit

This includes a suite of ZOHO products, as well as the email client that we primarily use.
This course has a lot of content and will be very intensive, but it’s critical that you know the material thoroughly as, at the end of it, you will be required to give a practical demonstration of how to use the CRM.

How To Understand The System
Inside of each Module, you have a Course. These Courses are the overarching theme of what you will be learning. Much like Modules, these are numbered based on the order taught.
Inside of Courses, there are classes – numbered the same way – that contain specific lessons.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”3349″ img_size=”large”][vc_column_text]With that in mind, you can easily refer to a Module, Course or Class by its respective number (ie. 1.1.2 or 1.2.3) without having to refer to the full name![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
