Advancing Your Skills To Become A Debt Advocate!

[vc_column_text]Congratulations, Assistant Debt Advocate on taking the steps to upskill to a Debt Advocate! We’re excited to guide you on this journey and to teach you how to obtain ideal outcomes for our clients by negotiating with Credit Providers.

This means now more than ever, it’s critical to keep in mind that CreditReboot is not a Bank or a Debt Collection Agency.

At this point, you should already know that to us our clients are people; not numbers. As a Debt Advocate, it will be your duty to ensure that a clients individual situation into account when we’re working.

It will be part of your job to keep an eye out for any ‘Red Flags’ that clients might have. Being unable to meet the CreditReboot service repayments, complaining about emotional stress and anxiety or refusing to agree to a reasonable outcome in debt settlement might all be signs that a client is better suited for Financial Counselling.

If an account ever seems as though our services will hurt the client more then help, you must notify any member of the Admin or management team so we can safely exit the client and pass them on to financial councillors.

Financial Councillors are a free service provided in Australia to help those who are in desperate need of financial help, with no real options outside of Bankruptcy. As such, if you hear any information from a Credit Provider that you think might mean that a Client may be in serious financial hardship, it is important to bring it to the attention of Debt Advocates, Team Performance Manager or Admin Staff.

Noticing these tell-tale signs of financial distress will be covered in this course, along side your standard Negotiation Training.[/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=””]

We started as a DIY Credit Score Improvement Application (App) that allowed consumers to repair their credit file from a mobile phone, tablet or laptop.

However, through a more comprehensive understanding of credit compliance laws we realized that we could not only improve customers credit score but also their debt position with credit cards, mortgages and investment loans .[/vc_column_text]
