How It Works
Player Obligation
‘Players’ are obliged to complete the training and achieve appropriate pass marks within their first week. All assessments and results will be reviewed by the trainer. Your continued engagement with CreditReboot will be determined based on these assessments and will be constantly upgraded. You will be required to participate in regular assessments to ensure continuous professional and developed skills are maintained.
Note to players:
There are thousands of moving parts associated with launching a start-up business and everything is urgent. This means that there are tasks that need to be prioritized to meet deadlines and some tasks remain unfinished until we can find the time. Hence, you will find grammar, punctuation, and typographical errors in the agents training Playbook.
The Playbook has been designed to teach you how to do the important job at hand, do not rely on it to improve your English skills, as we assume that you already have quality English skills which have secured your contract in the business.
We will organically edit these errors within the campus as more resources become available. If you’re a wordsmith please do not become upset if you find an error in the whole campus. We have made a business decision to direct copywriting and editing resourcing to customer-facing websites thereby ensuring they are Word Perfect.
If you do discover an error we would be very grateful if you send a short note to the editor and will batch correct, weekly.
