How Credit Repair Specialist Check list looks before lodging a dispute to CRB

[vc_column_text]IF it’s an EXISTING CLIENT

CRS (Credit Repair Specialist) should check if there’s an updated LOA within 60 days
and updated copy of CF (Credit File). If there’s none, CRS need to email a request to
client by sending the template:

o SUB_CF_CR_NewLOACF on contact page If both LOA & CF is not updated
o SUB_CF_CR_NewLOA
on contact page If only LOA is not updated
o How To Order Equifax Credit File Contacts
on contact page If only CF is
not updated

Once LOA & Credit File received, CRS should attach it on the attachment section on
contacts page with a relevant file name (DD MM YY CF Equifax/LOA Client’s
name)

CRS should double check the CF if the negative listing/default was marked before
Credit Reboot

o Y/N If Yes: CRS should assign task to CSE (Client Services Executive) to
contact client and discuss if client would like to proceed for additional Credit
Reboot service and quotation

o Y/N If NO: If the negative listing/default was marked during Credit Reboot,
CRS can proceed in lodging a dispute to Equifax as it is part of our guarantee
FOC (free of charge)

If client would like to have CredEnq (Credit Enquiries) removed, CSE need to do
quotation as it is NOT part of our guarantee, it will be additional service.

**SPECIAL SCENARIO for it to be considered as FOC it should be approved and
signed by the Management**

NOTE: CredEnq must be quoted in 99% cases
