Before You Start

[vc_column_text css_animation=”none”]In order to view the bankruptcy status of a client, or prospective client, you can use THIS LINK to go to the Australian Bankruptcy Registry search. In order to do this, it’s important that you have;

  • The client’s legal First, Last and Middle (if applicable) name
  • Clients Date of Birth

You do not need a login to access the registry, but, you will be asked to enter in your email address to receive the files.

It’s important to keep in mind that each file will cost $15, and as such you will need either a member of Admin or Management to provide you with card details to make the payment.
