It’s important that we always take a clients individual situation into account when we’re working. If an account ever seems as though our services will hurt the client more then help, it is important that you notify a DA or any member of the Admin team so we can safely exit the client and pass them on to financial councilors.
Financial Councilors are a free service provided in Australia to help those who are in desperate need of financial help, with no real options outside of Bankruptcy. As such, if you hear any information from a Credit Provider that you think might mean that a Client may be in serious financial hardship, it is important to bring it to the attention of Debt Advocates, Team Performance Manager or Admin Staff.
